Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of FlashStep. By uploading a photo or paying for a render you agree to them.
1. The service
FlashStep turns one photo of a non-human subject into a short, AI-generated vertical dance video. We do not guarantee a specific artistic result; every render is a generated interpretation of the routine.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for the activity on your order.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of the photo you upload. You grant us a limited licence to store and process that photo only to render your video and deliver it to you.
You confirm that you own the photo or have permission to use it, and that it does not contain a real person, a minor, or a protected character.
4. Acceptable use
Only non-human subjects are allowed: pets, plushies, figurines, objects. Uploads containing real people are rejected. The full list of prohibited content is in our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these terms.
5. Payments
Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Waffo Pancake, which handles card data, taxes and receipts. Prices are shown in US dollars and charged once per pack — there is no subscription.
6. Delivery and credits
Your video is delivered through the order page and by email. Credits from a pack are valid for 30 days, or 90 days for the 10-pack. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
7. Refunds
Failed renders are refunded automatically as credits. Delivered digital videos are non-refundable. See the Refund Policy for the full rules.
8. AI-generated output
Output is synthetic. It may contain visual artefacts, and it must be labelled as AI-generated where the platform you post on requires it.
9. Third-party models
Renders are produced with third-party generative models such as Seedance and Kling. FlashStep is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those providers.
10. Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
