The photo you upload, the email address you enter for delivery, and order metadata such as the pack, amount, status and timestamps.

We also keep short-lived technical logs (IP address, user agent, error traces) to operate the service and prevent abuse.

Card details are collected and processed by Waffo Pancake, our merchant of record. We never see or store your card number.

To render your video, deliver it, provide support, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your photo to train models.

Source photos are deleted within 7 days of upload. Rendered videos are kept for 30 days so you can download them. Order records are kept for 12 months for accounting and dispute handling.

We share the minimum necessary data with: Waffo Pancake (payments and tax), our generative model provider (rendering), object storage (video hosting), and our email provider (delivery messages).

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Depending on where you live you may also have rights under GDPR or CCPA.

We use only essential cookies needed to operate the checkout and order pages. We do not run advertising trackers.

The service is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, and we reject uploads that appear to contain minors.
