Refund Policy

If a render fails, your credit is returned automatically — you can retry without paying again. If it keeps failing, contact us and we will refund the order.

Once a video has been generated and delivered, the order is final and non-refundable, because the digital product has been consumed.

If you were charged twice, or did not authorise the purchase, contact us within 7 days with the order id and we will refund it.

Email support@flashstepvideo.com with your order id. We reply within two business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method by our merchant of record.
